RandyClaw LLC ("we", "us") operates Tammi, an AI-powered SMS assistant for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

A. Information We Collect

Account information (name, business, email, phone, brokerage, and payment details via PayPal — we do not store full card numbers); transaction content you provide (contracts, documents, photos, deadlines, vendor contacts, and the phone and email of your clients and transaction parties); communications (SMS/MMS and email sent and received); and usage and technical data (logs, timestamps, delivery metadata).

B. How We Use It

To provide and operate Tammi; read documents and extract data at your direction; send messages you initiate or approve; process payments; maintain security and prevent abuse; comply with law; and improve the Service. We act as a service provider processing your transaction data on your behalf.

C. Third-Party Processors

Twilio (messaging), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email), Cloudflare (infrastructure), PayPal (payments), and BoldSign and DocuSign (electronic signatures, where enabled). Each processes data under its own terms; sharing is limited to what is necessary to deliver the Service.

D. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your mobile number and SMS opt-in data, for third-party marketing. We share only with the processors above, with transaction parties you direct us to contact, and as required by law or to protect rights and safety.

E. Retention & Security

We retain your data while your account is active plus 90 days, then delete or de-identify it. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures (including access controls and encryption in transit) to protect information; no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

F. Your Choices & Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information via privacy@trytammi.com. Recipients may opt out of texts by replying STOP and of emails via unsubscribe; you must honor these. Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

G. Third-Party Contacts

Much of the data we handle concerns your clients and transaction parties; you are responsible for the legal right and consent to provide their information and to have Tammi contact them, per Section 5 of the Terms.

H. Children

Tammi is a business tool not directed to anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect children's information.
