We collect the information your customers text to your ELLI number, the replies ELLI generates, and the details you enter about real-estate transactions (for TC mode). We use this to provide the service.

We use Twilio to deliver SMS, Anthropic to generate replies, Supabase to store data, and PayPal to process subscription payments. Each of these processors has its own privacy policy.

We never sell your data. We will disclose information only when required by law or to prevent harm.
