RandyClaw LLC ("we", "us") operates Tammi, an AI-powered SMS assistant for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect: your name, email address, business or brokerage name, mobile phone number, billing information through PayPal, the SMS messages you and your clients send to your dedicated Tammi number, and the AI-generated responses Tammi produces.

How We Use Information

We use this information solely to provide the Tammi service — including sending you transaction reminders, deadline alerts, vendor confirmations, and client communication drafts via SMS, processing your subscription, and improving the service.

Contract Processing — Agent-of-Record Restriction

Contracts you send to Tammi via MMS are processed only when YOU (the subscriber on file) are listed on the contract as the buyer's or seller's agent. Contracts that list a different agent are auto-rejected and not stored as transaction records. This restriction is enforced in code; there is no SMS-based bypass. A request to review a legitimate name variation must be made by emailing support@trytammi.com with proof of identity.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Information Sharing — No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data, with any third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information are excluded from third-party sharing for these purposes.

Service Providers

We use the following service providers to operate Tammi: Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI message generation), Supabase (data storage), PayPal (subscription billing), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (web hosting and email routing). These providers process data only on our behalf under their own privacy policies and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes.

Legal Disclosure

We will disclose information only when required by law, court order, or to prevent imminent harm.

Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then permanently delete it unless required to retain longer by law.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@trytammi.com. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
